PUBLIC SERVICE

Architect Alissa McNair was appointed to the City of Calistoga's Planning Commission on Tuesday. McNair also serves on the board of directors for the local animal rescue group, Wine Country Animal Lovers. She acted as project manager and oversaw the seismic rehabilitation of Chateau Montelena Winery and, along with a team assembled by the firm, was awarded in 2013 a Preservation Design Award in the Craftsmanship/Preservation Technology category from the California Preservation Foundation for her firm's work.
